Na relativno maloj čestici od približno 500 m² smješten je prostrani dom peteročlane obitelji.
Ova katnica s podrumom organizirana je u jasno definirane visinske cjeline: u podrumu se nalaze pomoćni prostori, u prizemlju — uz garažu — otvoreni dnevno‑životni prostor s blagovanjem i kuhinjom, dok su na katu smještene spavaće sobe.
Stubište koje povezuje etaže dvokrako je, ali prostorno izlomljeno. Dio stubišta između podruma i prizemlja je zatvoren, dok je stubište između prizemlja i kata galerijski otvoreno te vizualno i prostorno povezuje te dvije etaže, budući da je prostor oko stubišta djelomično dvoetažan.
Sa dvorišne strane dnevni boravak se preko terase sa stepenicama prirodno nastavlja na teren u blagom nagibu, omogućujući produžetak životnog prostora na otvoreno.
Velike staklene površine osiguravaju obilje prirodnog svjetla tijekom cijelog dana, zahvaljujući tome što svjetlo dopire sa sve četiri strane svijeta. Konstrukciju čini armiranobetonski podrum na temeljnoj ploči, prizemlje i kat zidani blok‑opekom, te međukatne i ravna krovna ploča izvedene u armiranom betonu. Pročelja su završno žbukana.

A spacious family home for five occupants is situated on a relatively small plot of approximately 500 m².
This two‑storey house with a basement is organized into clearly defined functional levels: the basement contains auxiliary spaces, the ground floor includes an open‑plan living area with dining and kitchen alongside the garage, while the first floor accommodates the bedrooms.
The staircase connecting the levels is a two‑flight configuration with an articulated layout. The section between the basement and ground floor is enclosed, whereas the section between the ground floor and first floor is gallery‑like and visually and spatially links the two levels, as the area surrounding the staircase is partially double‑height.
On the courtyard side, the living room extends onto a terrace with steps that meet the gently sloping terrain, creating a natural continuation of the living space toward the outdoors.
Large glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light to enter throughout the day, with daylight coming in from all four directions. The structure consists of a reinforced‑concrete basement on a foundation slab, ground and first floors built with clay block masonry, and reinforced‑concrete intermediate and flat roof slabs. The façades are finished with plaster.
